I am a S.H.R.M Certified HR Professional and a LinkedIn Certified Recruiting Professional with an interest in building the most effective work forces possible. My passion is being a conduit between what a business requires to reach peak performance, and the talented individuals needed to achieve those goals. This entails providing value by partnering with the business-line to determine gaps in talent and creating effective strategies to fill those gaps. My work has also been in assisting individuals in maximizing their potential, and being a representative for the associate to the business.

I currently support the AAA Insurance team, working with all levels of the organization to assess and staff talent throughout AAA's highest revenue generating positions to meet key organizational objectives.
