During the most recent term of the US Supreme Court, several critical decisions were handed down that impact the rights of employees and merit scrutiny from employers to determine their legal responsibilities. This presentation will provide a summary of those new legal rulings and also a helpful guide for employers to work within framework of the ever-changing law.

Prior to joining Reminger, Ian was a legal extern to the United States Attorney's Office for the Southern District of Ohio in Cincinnati and to U.S. District Judge William O. Bertelsman in the Eastern District of Kentucky.
