I work with organizations on survey and research design in order to root cause large-scale issues by using statistical analysis and a desire for wanting to do the right thing for employees. I facilitate training, particularly on gender issues in the workplace. I have experience in distribution, manufacturing, and technology companies too. I'm also a photographer, an avid collector of vinyl, and animal lover (mom of 5 fur babies!)
