    Hi Charlotte! I think this is an interesting topic to be looking into! There are some great burnout surveys available; if you look into those you'll see that they'll define the symptoms of burnout by asking those questions directly (such as inquiring over how they feel when they get to work and their relationships at work). This might help to pinpoint people who are experiencing burnout, without even realizing it. There are tons of examples like this, but thought I'd share an example. Feel free to connect with me if you'd like to chat more! Also, there isn't a lot of connections between personality and burnout in the research. Burnout is more so connected work environment, manager, expectations, type of job, etc., so I would also think of questions structured around that (I apologize, I wasn't able to get through the entire set of questions, so if you did - great!)
