Talking Point for FLSA Changes

With the changes to the salary threshhold, our organization has re-evaluated several positions to determine correct status.  This analysis has resulted in several positions moving from Exempt status to Non-Exempt status.  Does anyone have talking points for employees or managers created for this situation?
