My name is Yash Patel and I am in the Masters of HR program at UC.

 For my global diversity class, as a part of my final exam, I have to interview an individual who manages Diversity and Inclusion in their organization. There are at most 5 questions for my interview which should not take any more than 15 minutes. I would like to know more about the individual's philosophies, their organization's status, goals, and strategies in terms of diversity and inclusion.

I would greatly appreciate anyone's help in answering some question regarding D&I.
