Training for the newest generations in the workforce
(This came to me from an L&D Director - Steve)
We wanted to canvas the members of this forum to see how, or if, you're updating your training, learning and development efforts to fit the needs of the newest generation of the workforce.
What methods are you considering or using? Microlearning? Short-burst videos? Internal Podcasts? AI platforms? Gamification?
We're trying to see what others are seeing stick so that content is getting into the hands of employees and is being applied. Anything you can share would be appreciated.

One resource I found useful was BetterMe’s staff wellness program content, which focuses on supporting physical, mental, emotional, and even financial well-being through personalized wellness tools, workouts, meal planning, habit-building, and stress-management resources. It reinforced the idea that engagement improves when learning is relevant, flexible, and easy to access in small daily sessions. I’d also be interested to hear whether anyone has seen better adoption rates with AI-driven personalized learning paths compared to traditional training formats.
