What benefits trends do you foresee coming in the new year? Which benefits will become more popular and which will be put on the back burner? How will COVID-19 impact benefits in the workspace?

Good afternoon,
In our current COVID environment I think companies will strive to get a better grasp on their leave policies and adjust them to cover gaps. They may also want to bone up on what their responsibilities are to provide a safe work environment once they have to open back up.

Rachel - great topic! I feel like investing is the new American dream, replacing home ownership. Companies who can weave in quality financial education in a remote/covid friendly environment will win big!
I also think child care services will be a big winner for 2021 (anyone with kids will know what I am talking about.)

I’m starting to see this trend already, but one of the biggest benefits a company can have as a strong culture. Good news is that Cards for Culture is launching soon on and leadership teams can ensure that they are living amd leading with heart - through a strong culture that they’ve created.

I also foresee more creative and blended schedules. Example 2 days in office/ 3 days at home or every other day in the office. I’ll be interested to see what companies do with this.
