I got a call from one of our Managers asking if we can start a vaccine incentive program to pay out a monetary incentive to employees that have been vaccinated. 

I am always very cautious about looking into as many details upfront before committing to rolling out a program. Can anyone chime in on any possible legalities to be mindful of and if their organization has done something similar (or considered it and then decided not to)? 

I wonder if there is a better way to approach this such as incentivizing employees for following safety procedures including COVID-19 protocols.
