Employee Tuition Reimbursement Program

Tuition Reimbursement Program!

Looking for Experience, Strength and Knowledge setting up an Employee Tuition Reimbursement Program.

Do any of you have a policy you can share with me?  We are a small Non-Profit organization with 110 employees.

    Hi Jeff,

    I'm no longer working internally with an organization.  This is something I teach though, in my workshop, "Leading the Pack - How a Culture of Learning Puts You Ahead". So I'm glad to see you're doing this!  When I was working for an organization where we had tuition reimbursement the policy, and agreement form, basically stated that if the employee turned in report cards (transcripts) from an accredited secondary institution with C's they got 40% reimbursement, B's got 60% and A's got 80% reimbursement.   Hope that can get you started.
