Employee Assessments

I’ve been asked to do some research on various assessments available for use in hiring and team-building activities, such as the Predictive Index, DISC, Birkman, etc.

I’m curious about which assessments others are using these days and whether you are providing the services internally or working with outside sources, as well as understanding the associated costs.

    Hello, Amanda.   I believe each assessment has its own value and purpose.

    I use the Fascinate® Test.  It is a newer assessment with a fresh approach.   I love it because it is:

    - Science-based, newer assessment that takes into account multiple disciplines that are relevant today (more than psychology) 

    - Quick "spot on" results from the point of view of others (not self-disclosed)

    - More inspirational than diagnostic (positive strengths and challenges)

    - Deep but very easy to understand and apply

    - Focus is on development as well as communication

    - "A gift that keeps on giving"

    - Augments the other solid assessments (e.g. PI, DISC).
