Employee Family Schooling Concerns during Pandemic
Has anyone come up with some good ideas to help employees who are single parents (or any other parents) that must work but the school will be remote 3 or more days a week and have no ideas on who or how they will be able to be home with kids that are at home distance learning and still work?
I'd love to hear how you're trying to accommodate/address this. - Penny
