Looking for feedback on State Paid Leaves in OR, MI and MN. Have you created a separate sick bucket for this type of leave or combine it with current PTO policies. We are looking to create a sick leave bucket and split what they have in our current PTO into these two buckets. Any feedback would be appreciated in what you may doing in your organization.
