Suggestions for Helping Employees with Burnout
I see and hear conversations from colleagues and customers about burnout. The standard answer to burnout are PTO or find a new job. What other creative ideas can we provide our customers when burnout is apparent?

If you have an EAP, I recommending contacting them, as well as your medical insurance provider, to inquire about additional resources they have available. Our Benefits team put together a great resource guide with our specific resources that is posted to our intranet and was mailed home at the height of the pandemic.
