Executive Level Life Insurance Options

Hello. I'm looking at some new ideas for our executives and their group life insurance options. Can I ask what your company currently does regarding this?

Do you do a buy-up of supplemental life? How many levels if you do? If you don't do a buy-up, what options do you offer?

I appreciate any input you can give.

    Companies can and often do many things for upper level employees. Sometimes it's different for each level in the c-suite. 

    The question is, what are you trying to accomplish by doing this? 

    Why are you looking at life insurance as the option?
