Engagement Survey

I am looking for vendors others have used and would recommend to assist us in conducting an employee engagement survey. I would like to have a system that allows us access to the data so that we can sort the data as we want to.

  • There are certainly some options for you to chose.  In the past, we have used Survey Monkey and used their reporting in the past.  It is the very traditional survey and reporting platform.  

    However, I really like Wyzerr and use that with an organization I am active in outside of my professional life.  It is much more interactive and this organization had an incredible return rate on responses using this platform.  Also, if you have been to CVG airport, chances are you filled out one of these on your phones.

    I attached an Employee Engagement Survey you could use for a template.  I also have an HR Toolkit similar to the Onboarding one I shared on this forum if you really want to get into Engagement Practices. Just need your email for that one.

  • I don't know what your organization wants to spend.  However Gallup engagement surveys work well to try and get to the heart of what employees are upset or concerned about.  Additionally, it allows for more opportunity for your management team to meet and discuss with their direct reports what they need to do better.

    We just used Quantum Workplace for our engagement survey.  It is all online and you can slice and dice the data any way you choose.  They work with you to set up your data so you can get the breakouts that you want.
