2024 State of Performance Management Survey

The 2024 State of Performance Management Survey collects information about how organizations use performance management practices.

Each participant will receive a comprehensive study report and an invitation to our webinar, where we’ll dive into the survey findings in detail.

Timeline

You can participate in the survey from: November 11,  2024 – February 10, 2025.

The Fine Print (Visa Card Giveaway for Participation)

Five (5) participants will be randomly selected to receive a $100 Visa Gift Card or the same amount to the charity of their choice.

Only one winner per organization or company. The number of eligible entries received determines the odds of winning.

The giveaway is open to participants aged 18 and older. The entry period closes on February 10, 2025, at 5:00 pm EST.

In the event that a prize winner is disqualified for any reason, the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner by random drawing. The giveaway winner will be notified by email (and telephone, if available). Void where prohibited by law.

Your information will be used solely for the purpose of this survey and prize distribution and will not be shared and sold. By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless HCM Benchmarking and the survey publisher from any liability related to the prize.

    We’re really looking forward to seeing the insights that come in. There’s something so valuable about hearing directly from HR pros who are in the thick of it every day. It’s one thing to talk about trends, but it’s a whole other thing to see where people are actually finding success (and where they’re still hitting roadblocks).

    We’re excited to dig into the results and share them with the community through the report and webinar. It’s always interesting to see how approaches to performance management are evolving and what lessons we can all take away.
