Hi there !!

We were informed by our long-term and phenomenal home of the monthly HR Roundtable, Scarlet Oaks, that we need to find a new location to meet due to construction projects that are going to occur over the next full school year.

So, here's what we're looking for:

• A location that is centrally located and people can get to easily, that has plenty of parking at no cost.
• Someone willing to commit to letting us meet on the 1st Tuesday of every month. We'd need the space from 8:00am to 10:00am - even though the Roundtable is only one (1) hour long from 8:30am to 9:30am. This would give us time to set up, and for people to stay and network a bit after we finish.
• We need the location not to charge us. I have been volunteering my time to facilitate the forum, and we don't have sponsors. It's been an open, no-cost forum to one and all.
• The space needs to accommodate 80 to 100 people monthly. That is what we average in attendance.

I know this is a lot to ask. However, this format has worked for the past 26 years I've been facilitating. It's meant to be a forum where professionals gather to discuss meaningful and current HR and business topics. I'd like to keep it that way.
