There are so many decisions and factors that go into a maternity leave policy.
A vast majority of our clients institute a Short Term Disability policy to serve in conjunction with a formalized Maternity Leave Policy.
Our most common implementations include roughly 60% pay at 12 weeks.
However, it is rarely a one size fits due to industry differences and job titles.
