Compensation Software Recommendations
Hello!
Does anyone have compensation management software they recommend?
We conduct annual performance and comp reviews along with bonuses. We are looking for software that allows us to only have department managers view salaries versus frontline managers. Our current salary data tool is CompAnalyst through Salary.com.
I appreciate any insights you can share.

Hi Diana
Take a look at OpenComp. Its capabilities include the ability to define permission sets so that only managers can see salary info for the direct reports. In addition, it makes recommendations based on Performance Score and Range position.
