New ALE (Applicable Large Employer) Advice

Hello,

My company just became an Applicable Large Employer (ALE) this past year. Is there anyone here who may be able to answer a few questions relating to measurement methods and part-timers?  How do folks best deal with part-timers who average over 30 hours per week/130 per month on occasion? Also, if you convert part-time, temporary interns to regular employees, has that posed any implications?
