I am reaching out to see what background check companies anyone is using. We are a small to midsize company (250-280 employees).
We are looking to move away from our current background check company!

I enjoy working with Reference Services, Inc. You can create a standard package, and add ala carte items as needed. Very affordable, candidate has self service options with the app, and RSI takes care of authorizations needed. Company is out of Evansville, Indiana and really takes care of their small business partners. Lori Lofton is who I normally talk to and she is fantastic!
