HR for Christian-based church/school

Hello!  I have a new client in the Christian-based church/school industry and I am looking for resources/guidance on employment law and best practices.  Any help is much appreciated!

    I am full time in another industry but have done some consulting for my church and put together a handbook etc...  It was exhausting work researching some of the items that do and don't apply to them based upon Ministerial exemption and also size of the organization is much smaller than the organizations I've typically dealt with.  I'd be happy to help pass along some practices but I do see that this post is already a month old so not sure if this is still required.  Let me know if you have any specific questions, need access to a handbook that took the bulk of my research into account.  Unfortunately I didn't save and store all of the sources but only some so I can share a few sources but if you take anything like my completed handbook, I recommend researching or asking why some things are constructed the way that they are.  There are also some unique items to ministry jobs that can be intriguing.  Also, there was a supreme court decision just yesterday impacting the Ministerial Exception (Our Lady of Guadalupe School v.
