Hi Tiara !! I saw that you were asking about adding your pic to the HR Net site for your avatar. Go to your profile in the upper right hand corner on the site and click "View Profile". You should see your outline shadow. Right click on it and it will ask you to add a photo. Let me know if that works for you. - Steve
