Interview question assistance for HR roles

Hello All, 

I' am always asked during an interview. How do I handle a " problem employee"? I always feel as if I'm answering this question wrong. Any feedback on what to say or not?

  • Thanks for your question! Can you give us examples of specific questions you've been asked? If the question is a generic 'how do you handle a problem employee,' then I think my response might be 'it depends, tell me more about the details of the problem.'  Once armed with that knowledge I could offer a more specific solution. But if you're being hit with specific questions, PLEASE share them!!
