Hiring internationally - Choosing an Employee of Record (EOR)

Anyone have experience working with an Employer of Record (EOR) to hire internationally?   We have a contractor based out of the UK that we are interested to employ full-time.  I would not need a partner to help recruit talent, just someone to take the responsibilities of an employer and bill us for the service and salary for the employee.
