ACA 1095B E-File Assistance for <50 EE Companies

Hello HR folks,

We are a company with less than 50 employees and are required to submit 1095-B to IRS via E-file. Our current payroll provider (Paycor) does not file ACA for companies with fewer than 50 employees, and we don't have software to convert the 1095-B files to XML.

Have any companies been in the same situation, and how did you deal with this?

Any insight you can give would be great.

Thanks - Jared

I believe if you have a full version of Adobe Acrobat you can convert your PDFs to XML files to upload to the IRS.

Clark Schaefer Strategic HR can help you/companies file. I would also recommend checking with your plan provider to see if they plan on eFiling on your behalf.  Many providers are including that in their services now. Hope this helps!
