Tracking Employee Training
We are a small company - under 50 employees - we have always encouraged training and development for our employees but I have little to no eyes on what people are taking or if it was a productive use of their time. How do you track and evaluate training in your company? Am I doomed to having to create another Excel Spreadsheet? I would like to use this information as some basis for creating career paths as we continue to grow.

Hi Beth, there is an affordable online learning platform that I offer that is great for small businesses that aren't in the market for a robust learning management system or making a large annual purchase commitment.
The basic portal system will allow you, as the administrator, to track courses people are taking, create playlists, etc. (see tier comparison attached).
