HR Generalist/Manager for Custom Design Benefits in Cincinnati, Ohio
I'm looking for a strong HR Generalist for a 70-employee organization located on the west side of Cincinnati. You will be the sole HR Practitioner.
You will have responsibility for Recruitment, Employee Relations, and Benefits Administration, among other duties. But most importantly, maintaining and cultivating solid company culture. This position reports directly to the President and you will be part of the overall leadership team.
