Hi there!

I'm exploring on-call pay for our Maintenance employees in Manufacturing.  I'm curious to know what the trend is or best practice for paying when they are on call. We require them to be able to arrive on site within 1 hour of receiving a call. Calls are not frequent.  We currently pay a flat amount of  $125 per week to cover this.  I'm curious if any of you pay higher on the weekends vs. a weekday?  If you have an on-call pay/policy, would you be willing to share?
