We implemented this in March of 2017 and overall it has gone very well. We implemented if for our exempt and non-exempt. There have been a few instances where I have had to talk to a few people to let them know that they are sticking out compared to the rest of the organization on usage and as soon as I did that, they self corrected. I have also had to talk to individuals about making sure they are taking time. We make all employees take a full week off. I run a report each month to compare to the prior year and see how much people are taking. While it is unlimited, it isn't un-managed. It's about performance in the end.
