What benefits and resources bring both our people and our company the most VALUE?

Part of our job as HR Leaders is to make sure our teammates know how valued they are.  

As we are approaching open enrollment for many, I would like to gather a collaborative group of professionals to discuss the components that are critical to the success of the entire team.

What benefits are best, how do we make the value known and useful, and where else are we missing the mark in providing meaningful benefits and resources to our people? The goal is to gather information so that employees they truly feel the value we are trying to express.
