Seeking Non-Profit HR Buddies

Two years back, I traded in my gig at a big, money-chasing oncology outfit for a cozy spot at a medium-sized non-profit. It's been quite the ride—let's just say, in non-profit land, people actually read the handbook!

But here's the kicker - It turns out that non-profit HR folks in Knoxville are rarer than a unicorn in scrubs. I'm on a quest to find my tribe—let's swap stories, share tips, and maybe even discover we're not alone in this HR adventure!

Looking forward to connecting - Tina

    Hi Tina,

I am HR in a non-profit organization, but I work in Arizona.  Happy to connect and I also know a unicorn that does HR in the non-profit world in Knoxville.

Ha! Reading the handbook, that's a good thing right?

Hi Tina- I work at a non-profit in Colorado. I am doing 3 jobs right now as HR Manager, Office Manager and Finance assistant. So I would love to connect with other non-profit HR folks to get ideas and suggestions. How do we all connect? I just joined HR Round Table, not sure if anyone else does this? Our local SHRM chapter doesn't seem to do any meet ups.
