Restaurant Engagement Across States

I have spent most of my 30 HR years in healthcare where I was feet on the ground and connected with my employees.  Almost a year ago I moved to HR Manager for over 1,500 employees in many states, locations, and various restaurant brands.

 I am having a very difficult time trying to find ways to engage with my hourly staff (servers, cooks, etc.) Does anyone have any suggestions?

  • Hi Beth! I recommend using push notifications, texting, and virtual events to keep these folks engaged.
