Recommendations for small business HRIS
We are a small manufacturing company and are looking into our first HRIS. We are small business (60-70 employees) but looking at growing significantly over the next year. Wondering if there is HRIS specific to manufacturing or are they all 'kind of' the same. Any recommendations are much appreciated! Thank you so much!

We have a lot of our manufacturing companies use Paycor Preform system. I have a contracting group who was your size and growing and the nice thing is that the system grew with the company.
