Outsourcing Recommendations

We're unfortunately going to be looking at a reduction in force (RIF) in the 1st quarter of 2026. We haven't had this occur in the past. The majority of those affected are in office/professional roles.
Since I haven't been through this for some time, I wanted to see what others are/aren't providing when it comes to outsourcing resources. I used to hear about firms offering this all the time years ago, but it's been a bit silent.
I'd appreciate hearing any recommendations for something I can look at. I'd like to have some options before we have to conduct the RIF.
