Vendors/Carriers- PLEASE show me a success story!!
I'm struggling with our worksite, ancillary, dental/vision carrier. We went to The Standard this year for all benefit offerings besides medical. EVERYTHING (Dental, vision, life, vol life, STD/LTD, ancillary . . .)
I have 10 invoices, 4 admin portals, and a nightmare of a time dealing with them thus far. Money is applied wrong when it's sent over, just too much to recap but I need a new carrier.
Who has all their additional benefit offerings streamlined to one vendor and has a success story?

Danielle Oliva Thanks Danielle! They are helping, but its been a struggle there as well... We are mid RFP right now for a broker in the Austin, TX. My CHRO wants local support so we're adjusting. I know it will be better once we have a broker team that supports fully. Just wondering which carriers successfully tackle all products under on roof and if that is even possible! I'm leaning towards busting them out again to various carriers in 2025 to ease these pain points!

Sabrina Chamblee We have a great Gallagher team in Texas! In my experience, there really isn't one that does it all great. My advice would be to look at a robust benefit admin system that can ease the administrative burden and put it all in one place for you and flow to the admin sites.

Hi Sabrina,
Our agency has recommended Principal for years. You can consolidate billing with a benefit administration too - like Employee Navigator. Integrates with most payroll systems, too. Good luck with cleaning up the mess of invoices and multiple admin portals!

Hi Sabrina, we had similar issues with The Standard. We moved to Voya and have had no concerns. We use Delta Dental for our dental/vision and it works well.
