Vendors/Carriers- PLEASE show me a success story!!
I'm struggling with our worksite, ancillary, dental/vision carrier. We went to The Standard this year for all benefit offerings besides medical. EVERYTHING (Dental, vision, life, vol life, STD/LTD, ancillary . . .)
I have 10 invoices, 4 admin portals, and a nightmare of a time dealing with them thus far. Money is applied wrong when it's sent over, just too much to recap but I need a new carrier.
Who has all their additional benefit offerings streamlined to one vendor and has a success story?

Hi Sabrina! I am an HR professional turned benefit consultant at Gallagher. I have experienced this too in my HR career. Your benefit broker should most definitely be assisting you with this.
