Hi Eric! Not sure if this is exactly what you are looking for, but Personnel Profiles has a great assessment for candidates or employees called the Achiever. It measures 16 dimensions - 8 behavioral and 8 personality. The assessment is based on the job description for each individual so you get specific data and not just some vague results. Each assessment comes with a very thorough report that has specific individualized recommendations for coaching and training, so that managers have a roadmap to follow with each of their staff members. Very economical, simple to administer, and extremely well normed over 40+ years. Personnel Profiles also provides training on their assessments included.
