Required Workplace Posters for Remote team members

Good morning!

An HR colleague mentioned to me that there is a low-cost service to email employment posters for remote employees. We use JJ Keller for paper posters, and their digital services are not low-cost or reasonably priced for remote employees in many different states. :) Is there a low-cost service for required employment posters for remote team members that you can recommend?

    Hi - we use Poster Guard for our sites in the US and Canada.  We have multiple sites in the US and 200+ remote employees in the US and a fully remote staff in Canada.

    I know Poster Elite also has a digital option for remote employees; I am not sure as to the cost.  If you have a subscription to Brightmine, Mineral, Zywave, etc. you can obtain the posters digitally that way as well.
