Mandatory Vacation / Internal Control

Has anyone implemented a policy re: mandatory vacation as an internal control for positions with access to corporate finances? If so, would you be willing to share your policy language & or language used on job descriptions - if noted there?

    Hi Aimee, This was in a past financial institution role, but we implemented such a policy as an auditor request.  So we had people in positions already, that were now affected.  We sent a memo to all stating, 'due to the role you have in our institution, you must take at least 40 hours of vacation in one block of time.'  Then as we would hire, it was in the JD for those in affected positions.
