I just saw this so you've probably either gotten your answer, made your decision, or both, but I'll reply just in case. Decision support tools like "Ask Emma" and stand-alone products like "Alex" by Jelly Vision, are very effective in helping employees make informed decisions about complicated benefits choices. They're also very good at answering spouse questions, who rarely have the opportunity to attend open enrollment meetings and ask in-person questions. Recorded OE presentations are also very helpful.
