Employee Retention Ideas
(This came to me anonymously from an HR Manager - Steve)
We're struggling to find/hire people just like most companies and are evaluating ideas that will improve retention. We have several locations over a regional footprint and each one is struggling with this.
We have flexible schedules and will work with employees to try to meet their personal needs. Due to the nature of our work, we are an in-person company.
I'd love to hear ideas from what others are doing. Any input could be very valuable.
