It would be in stark contrast to yours since time was accrued and paid out at termination but could be used as a starting point. We converted from a combo of sick time and vacation to PTO. We are a parts distribution warehouse in the auto industry

Hello All,
I too am in the process of revising our current leave policy and welcome your sample policies. My company is in the petroleum and energy business with 42 employees and plans to grow our staff by 25% by the end of 2020. Currently, we provide one bank of Leave time which has historically been distributed based on anniversary date. Additionally, 3 PTO days distributed on the calendar year. All time is use it or lose it and we do not pay out unused time upon termination.
