PTO Policy

I am in the process of updating/revising our PTO policy and looking for sample policies. We are a wholesale/retail organization to include distribution.  Continuing with PTO time that is not accrued or paid out upon termination.

  • If you send me your email address I will get the last one I created to you.  It would be in stark contrast to yours since time was accrued and paid out at termination but could be used as a starting point.  We converted from a combo of sick time and vacation to PTO.  We are a parts distribution warehouse in the auto industry

  • If you would like to send me your email, I will send you our policy.  We transitioned from vacation/sick/personal days to PTO a few years ago.  We are a finance company with about 500 employees.
