R. W. Beckett is a manufacturing facility with ~150 associates. We use viperks for our length of service awards as well as an employee discount program. Once the agreement was signed, our entire program was launched and ready within one week. 

The way our recognition program is designed, viperks assigns predetermined credits (based on length of service) to our associates' accounts on the date of their anniversary. The employee can then log on and make their award selection. The credits do not expire and can be used in full or partial dollar increments. Viperks invoices us the following month.
