Feedback on a Recognition Platform

I was wondering if anyone has used, or is using, VIPerks for recognition and/or incentives with your employees. If you are, would you please share the pros/cons of the program?

  • R. W. Beckett is a manufacturing facility with ~150 associates. We use viperks for our length of service awards as well as an employee discount program. The team at viperks is extremely easy to do business with. When you call, they answer. When you email, they respond quickly. Once the agreement was signed, our entire program was launched and ready within one week. 

    The way our recognition program is designed, viperks assigns predetermined credits (based on length of service) to our associates' accounts on the date of their anniversary. The employee can then log on and make their award selection. The credits do not expire and can be used in full or partial dollar increments. Viperks invoices us the following month.

    Our company appreciates viperks for their wide selection and continuously updated range of products which offers something for everyone. On many occasions we have purchased discounted movie, concert and sporting event tickets as giveaways as well. Our award program is hands-off for us and we have received only positive feedback from our salary and hourly associates alike. We rate them 5 stars!

  • Worthington Industries utilizes Viperks for our 5,500 employees in the US for our employee discount program.  Employees greatly appreciate the discount program and we are pleased with the utilization.  I would recommend Viperks.
