Looking for a comprehensive HRIS system
(This came to me anonymously from an HR practitioner in Manufacturing - Steve)
I’m looking for a HR software/system for my various initiatives. Primarily I’m looking for a performance management/evaluation/feedback program, specifically for manufacturing hourly employees. We’ve thrown out our annual paper appraisal and are looking for a solution for continuous feedback. There are so many out there but using them for production hourly makes for some challenges, like they don’t all have/use their e-mail or even a computer.
Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
