Looking for Attendance Policy for those with PTO
If anyone would like to share an Attendance Policy in use for a manufacturing environment, that would be appreciated. Looking particularly for number of absences and tardies/lates that are acceptable before progressive discipline begins. We currently have PTO, so we do not have separate banks of time for sick, vacation, personal, etc. Just one bucket of time. So the only distinction we make is between planned absences and unplanned/unscheduled. Not interested in point system at this time. Thanks!

I believe I can share our attendance policy with you. We tend to revise ours every three years or so... an indication of how tricky an attendance policy can be! We are a manufacturing environment company.
