Texio would be cool - they have been around for awhile, but I find that a lot of organizations still don't know about them. Survale or Talentegy for measuring Candidate Experience would be great. Matt Adam from NAS talking about programmatic Ad buying would also be really interesting - and definitely a hot new trend in employment advertising.
